Once you are successfully signed in, you will be navigated to the main Projects page.
From this page, you can create new projects, manage existing projects, see all projects and project states assigned to your dealership, and view the GTB Studio video demo.
If you have not subscribed, and are using the Free Trial version of Studio, you will see the option to Subscribe and convert your account.

Create a New Project
Create a new project by selecting the "+ Create New" button
Project Fields
From the dashboard, you will have the option to view "All" projects, or filter by "My Projects." Projects created by any user with your dealership's account are visible under "All" projects, while only those projects created by you are visible under "My Projects."
You can use the search bar to quickly find a project by "Project name." You can also search under the project descriptors below.
Project Name
The title of your project
Dealership
If multiple dealerships are connected to your account, which dealership a project is assigned to
Format
The language and duration (15-second or 30-second) of your video template
Focus
Product or model of focus - vehicle selected

2023 Summer Sales Event
Author
Which user account within your dealership that created and manages the selected Project
Status
The completion state of your project
In Progress
Project is created, and is still in assembly.
In Review
Review is required or requested from other users within your dealership. Once your video is rendered and saved, review can be requested without blocking progress of a download.
Completed
Video is ready for download and distribution
Note: there is not currently an option to edit your project once it has entered the "Completed" state, so double-check all fields and information for accuracy and compliance before finalization.

Timestamp with the project creation date
