Draft Version Editing

Modified on Thu, 9 May at 1:53 PM

When your video is ready, before you "Proceed to Checkout," you have the option to submit your project for peer review.

To make edits to your current version, select (New Version)

A project will remain in review until all users with review permissions on your account have approved the pending draft version.

A video that has been submitted for review cannot be edited. In order for further edits to be made, as in a case where a peer reviewer has requested changes, a new draft version must be generated.

Quickly find your projects in review by selecting (Pending Review) from the dashboard:

Select the draft version in review from the list by selecting (Review Project)

Selecting your project will take you to the Project Review page.

On the top bar of the project review page, you can see the currently selected draft version (top right of page). From the Version Draft dropdown menu, you can view the approval status of all current project drafts, and select between draft versions.

Checkmarks indicate a user on your account has accepted the draft. The "X" indicates a user has rejected the draft version by requesting changes. The number by the stopwatch icon indicates how many users on your account have yet to submit their review for the current project draft.

In order to move a project out of review and "Proceed to Checkout," all users with review permissions must approve the draft.

Below the video, the review UI allows users to see and manage the current draft's review status, and peer reviewers whose approval is required before checkout and download.

From here, users can request changes, leave comments for other reviewers, approve the draft. From here, account owners can also manage peer reviewer permissions.

A log of peer reviewer actions will appear below the "Approval Request" list.

Once all approval requests have been received, the draft is ready for checkout and download.
