Here are answers to our most frequently asked questions.

  • Is this eligible for Co-Op?


    Yes, the cost of GTB Studio production, set at $299 per month, is fully eligible for Co-op reimbursement under the new Ford Dealer Co-op guidelines. However, please be aware that videos produced using GTB Studio must undergo compliance reviews if they are used and submitted for media reimbursement.

  • How am I billed for my subscription?


    GTB Studio offers two billing options: The $299 monthly subscription for unlimited video and online display ad downloads can be charged directly to your parts statement or a credit card, offering more flexibility in managing your expenses.

    note: parts number billing is not currently available for dealers operating from US territories, e.g. Puerto Rico

  • How often do I need to renew my subscription?


    Annual subscription members will be alerted by e-mail to renew their access. The standard subscription period is 12 months.

  • Are there any other videos besides nameplates?


    Yes. We offer Mobile Service, Pickup and delivery, and National Sales Events. New and Refreshed content is added regularly.

  • Can my ad agency have access to this for my dealership?


    Yes. A dealer can invite their advertising agency under the Team section of their account. See Adding Users to Dealership

  • Are there male, female, and other languages available for the AI Voiceover?


    Yes, there are templates in both English and Spanish. We offer a selection of both Male and Female voices

  • Can I upload my own video footage, voiceover, or music?

     
    Yes, you can upload up to 10 seconds of your video to the end card of your video.  You also have the option to use your own voiceover or music after you download your video.

  • Besides video and display templates, are there any other customizable assets within the tool?

     
    Customization enhancements are constantly being evaluated and developed.

  • Do you have a customer support?

     
    Yes, we offer on-site chatbot support, and you can always email our customer support team at support@gtb.com.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?


    We understand circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. If that’s the case, simply submit a request to Support@GTB.com, and your subscription will be canceled. Please note that cancellations will take effect 60 days after your request. This ensures you have enough time to download any content you need before your subscription ends.
