Team Invite
Account Owners and Administrators can add users to their dealership using the Team invite feature. This option is available from the Settings tab, under the Team menu:
To invite new users, select "+ Add Members", enter their email address, and select the permissions level. Invites will be sent to the email address entered, and new users can login by following the instructions in their invitation.
Approver: Can "Approve" or "Reject" projects in the "Pending Review" state. Pending projects must be reviewed before export is enabled
Can Download: User has the ability to export completed projects and templates
Ad-Editor: User has the ability to create and edit static ad copy using the Digital Ad Creator
Permissions
There are three tiers of user permissions:
- Owner
- The account owner, with full permissions and access to general profile, billing, team management, and editing functionality. Only one user can be designated as Owner, and will default to the registered account at the time of account creation.
- Administrator
- Slightly elevated permissions above User, with the ability to add and remove team members, and adjust their permissions level. Cannot make account-level changes.
- User
- A standard user
